The 60" x 30" x 1.5" surface ground base plate is shown mounted on top of the scissors lift with four 35mm linear bearings, two rails and the saddle mounted on the base plate.
The wireless radio control pendant has the following switches: up, down, left, right, increase speed, decrease speed and stop.
The control cabinet features a 30" x 24" x 8" NEMA 12 enclosure, a wireless pendant, a variable frequency drive, a 30 amp disconnect switch, a 24 Vdc 10 Amp power supply, a programmable logic controller, a 4 port ethernet switch, an emergency stop push button, a 24 Vdc motion alarm horn, and interface relays for the lift.
The 2.8 gallon per minute pump with a 3.2 hp motor and a 2.4 gallon reservoir are shown above.
The 1"-10 acme lead screw and the 3 hp gear motor are shown assembled onto the slide with the scissors lift partially raised.
The stationary riser is shown assembled onto the base plate. The moving riser is assembled onto the slide saddle and the scissors lift is shown fully down.
The lead screw support unit is shown at the end opposite the motor. The lift is partially raised. The end of travel switch is mounted.
